Introduction

As a coach, I am fascinated by how we cope in the context of work. Often it is not easy to be aware of what we have to offer in a changing work environment. Or with a manager with whom it does not work out the way we want to. Or to know how to change a situation by ourselves. My strength is to help you stand upright again.

Process

I'm a big fan of solution focused coaching. Instead of focussing on your shortcomings it helps you use your strengths and possibilities in order to reach your goal. During the coaching process you practice what you learn. This again provides food for reflection and helps you find the way to consolidate your findings and new experiences.
