Introduction

As a transition & resilience coach, I coach people who are facing a turning point in their private or professional life. People who are living a difficult transition experience and do want to cope with it or even transform it into a new opportunity. As a career coach, I accompany people wanting to give a new direction to their career or life. As a demotion expert, I also coach or counsel individuals and companies in this area.

Process

The coaching process will always respond to the specific need of the client; it can be either a pure "e-coaching" track, but it can also be a blended track (face-to-face, Skype, e-coaching).
