I am a qualified coach and a certified e-coach with over 20 years coaching experience. Much of that has been with high technology start-ups and small businesses, working with their management teams to accelerate their growth and adjust to the growing pains that come with that. I have also worked with managers in the National Health Service in the UK, particularly around the areas of improving innovation and continuous improvement within their NHS hospitals etc.

Introduction

I am an experienced facilitator and trainer who works with managers and teams to plan and implement innovative new ideas, develop leadership skills and improve team working. An executive coach with a strong track record of helping people get a fresh perspective on challenges and a clear action plan. I am often described as warm, friendly and calm. A qualified Belbin and Myers Briggs facilitator practised in using these tools for teambuilding, personal development and conflict management. I have a background in Marketing and Sales management in fast moving consumer goods companies such as Unipart, Express Dairies, Wella Haircare and Spillers Foods.

Process

My approach is client centred: I aim to help people to make sense of it all. Through this understanding, we will frame an objective then I will support the individual in finding answers to that challenge and put an action plan together. I am happy to use pure “eCoaching” or s blended approach using video or face to face as well as eCoaching
