Introduction

A highly experienced coach and leader with three decades of experience as a senior executive in the retail and banking industry. Qualifications include a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology (Dist.), a BA (Hons) in Marketing, a Diploma of Positive Psychology & Well-Being, and accreditations as a Strengths Development and Emotional Intelligence coach. I am an accredited Senior Practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and follow their code of ethics and conduct.

I use a Solution Focused approach to coaching, which focuses on identifying and leveraging client strengths and resources to help them achieve their preferred future and goals. I aim to help leaders and individuals flourish via a focus on increasing well-being and optimizing performance.
