I started my career as Change Management and behavioural consultant and I then transitioned slowly towards HR and Talent Management responsibilities, while adding progressively coaching to my assignments and interventions. I describe myself as a multicultural Coach helping individuals and teams achieve their goals while maintaining the right cultural and value balance - over 5000 hours of training and 1500 hours with groups (up to 40 participants) and individual coaching sessions (career development and management training).
