3rd generation coaching is an experiental, holistic and deeply creative, client-centered process, where a (sacred) space for reflection, learning and action is co-created. Often it is about slowing down, letting go and letting come, sensing in solutions not born from conscious, rational thinking. I believe all systemic, societal change starts within us; we need to dare to BE and embody the change we wish to create. I use my 20 y of business-, entrepreneurial- and 50+ life experience to support and challenge my clients to dare more, step up and create sustainable shifts in their lifes and for the society and planet as whole. My current coachees are both Business Leaders, Researchers, Scientists, as well as Entrepreneurs and NGO-leaders. My clients often say I'm coaching with integrity, passion, compassion - and a smile!

I'm a Certified Leadership Coach (Senior Practitioner, EMCC & ACC, ICF) and an Executive Coaching graduate from Henley Business School. My fascination over human potential has led me to deepen my understanding around Neuroscience of change and how vertical development and Embodied Leadership can enhance our growth. As a full member of ICF and European Mentoring and Coaching Council, I adhere to high ethical code of conduct. In addition to longer corporate coaching programs, I offer f2f coaching, virtual coaching (zoom & text) and blended trajectories.

Process

As a coach, I'm seeking to gather as holistic perspective as possible, using an eclectic approach combining science based modalities with somatic sensing and mindfulness: Systemic, Vertical Leadership Development, Positive Psychology, Solution Focused, Neuro-Linguitics, EQ & RQ (Relationship Intelligence), MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction), Gestalt as well as latest findings from Neuroscience and Mind-Body Awareness. Sessions delivered both in person, by video call and/or digital coaching platform eCampus, often adding sessions walking outdoors, to be nurtured by the sense of nature and space. I've recently joined a group of Executive Coaches in Finland combining Developmental coaching, AI-chatbot with transformational individual coaching sessions, using ecoaching platform MetaSkills Clinic (MetaTaito Klinikka). I'm updating my practice on a continuous basis and believe in a self-reflective practice and Coaching Supervision. To walk my talk, I work with a senior Somatic Coach, to challenge and widen my own practice. I'm currently a Board Member at EMCC Finland.
