Inleiding

I'm an experienced business psychologist with preceding careers in the British Army and in international aviation management. My current business arena includes running a talent assessment and psychometrics consulting company, consulting in leadership and organisational development, and coaching. My life has been lived internationally since university, primarily in Asia and Africa. I bring a broad, practical but science-based approach to my work. I'm an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and a member of the Persatuan Psikologi Malaysia, and a visiting lecturer in psychology (Work and Motivation) at the University of Reading Malaysia.

I work with the coachee, on their agenda, in their context. Tools, processes, methodologies and supporting materials are brought to bear if and when they are appropriate and helpful to the coachee's journey and aims.
