An entrepreneur by passion, I started her career in the IT industry, as a sales engineer, later a brand manager, sales manager, and branch executive. In my late-twenties, I founded, grew, managed, and later sold my own IT business before migrating into the corporate arena to head up the entrepreneurial department of a multinational, holding a seat on the divisional board. I founded www.motivcoach.com in November 2007 and secured my first multinational coaching contract in the same year. Presently, the majority of my coaching work is a combination of private professionals, corporate executives, and leadership teams. I am the Head Tutor for the Executive and Management Coaching short course offered by the University of Cape Town. I also teach Improv! And you will experience me as having a strong "Yes, And..." attitude to life!

I want that the coaching process is valuable and practical for you to manage within your days.  Our coaching program will be a phased approach; in the initial phase, we’ll invest time exploring your goal and crystallizing your coaching objective.  In the following phase, I’ll be encouraging you to take real action steps toward achieving that objective and I will also be your cheerleader and accountability partner.  And in the final phase, we’ll celebrate your achievements and ensure that the new behavior changes are sustainable.
