Inleiding

• Claudine Charles is located in the UK has spent the past 18 years working with large global corporates including AAT, ICE, CMS Nabarro Olswang LLP, PwC, where she led, designed, and delivered on various large scale talent and learning development programs. • She launched her own business in 2017 to work directly with corporate clients on their large scale learning and talent development programs at organizations such as Thomson Reuters, UK Civil Service – Government Finance, Homes England, SCS Railway (HS2 Rail construction), and Orsted (Oil, Gas and green renewable energy company in Denmark). • Claudine is also currently an associate coach on Leaders Development Programme in association with McKinsey and she works as a lead coach to senior academic (College/University) leaders in the UK • Claudine regularly coaches leaders, teams and delivers learning both virtually and face-to-face across corporate brands in the Private, Public, and Third-Sectors. • Claudine launched a second company in 2019 to support business owners to optimize their business brands online. After learning and gaining success in her business earning consistent 5 figures in her first month, she wanted to share how you can build a great business brand online. • Claudine is passionate about supporting managers, leaders, employees, and business owners to operate at their best and really enjoys with clients achieve their “eureka moments,” and really begin reflecting and improving on what they do.
