In my work I combine personal experiences, which I gained working for more than ten years in the positions of sales and marketing director in domestic and international companies (IBM, Siemens, Telekom Srbija and Orion telekom), with all the methodologies and approaches I am certified for. In recent years, I have been leading projects for the development of leaders, management and employees, through coaching and education, in large international companies through the prism of emotional intelligence. My work can be characterized as maximizing the strength and knowledge of individuals, so that the person, organization and the complete environment can benefit from it. I place a great emphasis on returning man to the center of business and sustainability, through the prism of ecology. My specialties are leadership development (mindset, competencies and well-being), change management, as well as creating a corporate culture.

Inleiding

I am a professional certified coach in the field of leadership development and organizational growth, author of the books "Lighthouse in me" and "A Boy in Executive Suit", executive director of the Agency "One2grow - Leadership Coaching" and author of a unique program for leadership development "Renaissance Leadership" , based on the seven principles of Leonardo da Vinci. I am registered Mentor Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and currently in the position of Vice President & Program Director in the Serbian branch of the ICF - ICF Serbia Chapter. I have participated in mentoring program of the Serbian Association of Managers (SAM) MenProSAM and I am a current mentor in the program "Share your knowledge - become a mentor". I am also a current lecturer at PriceWaterhoucse Coopers and Mokra Gora School of Management I am a member of the UNICEF Friends Club and also, through development projects , I support the association "SOS Children's Villages" and "Forum of Youth with Disabilities" I am Certified Business Coach according to the Business Coaching Diploma (PWC) methodology, Certified Professional Coach (PCC) according to the standards of the World Federation of Coaches (ICF), Registered Mentor Coach at ICF, certified PCM Coach, consultant to Oxford Leadership Academy, Oxford UK, certified consultant and trainer according to the methodologies of SDI, Personal Strengths, UK, and Persona Global, USA. NLP Business Practitioner according to the methodology of IN-NLP, Berlin, Germany and Points of You practitioner. By formal education I hold master's degree in electrical engineering. I believe that we are all born to be happy. Therefore, my work can be characterized as maximizing the power and knowledge of individuals, in order to grow organizations and society in general. My specialty is development of leadership mindset and competencies, building work life integration as well as change management and creating a corporate culture, based on individual and team coaching through Emotional Intelligence. I use systemic approach, both to individual and team coaching - coaching a person , not a problem.
