I have over 20 years of experience working in the purpose driven sector. Originally starting my career in experiential education, I spent 15 years as a leader overseeing global conservation and community development programs across 6 continents. Through this experience I began building and leading training programs, workshops, 1 to 1 and group coaching programs to support leaders and staff team in their personal and professional development. Some of my specific experience includes: * Creating and delivering coaching programs for leaders and managers to gain greater self awareness in their roles and work towards set personal and professional goals * Supporting non-profits in team building workshops and provide 1 to 1 coaching staff and volunteers working in the humanitarian aid sector * Leading career readiness workshops and group coaching sessions for interns working towards work in the sustainable development sector * Supporting leaders, managers and SME with 1 to 1 coaching in Fortune 500 companies
