Ervaring

I have over ten years of working experience in the corporate world as manager, coach and trainer and have been a board member of a non-profit organization. Since 2010 I have my own coaching and training company Radiance Coaching. Besides training and mentoring (e-)coaches, my assignments vary from designing and coaching for leadership programmes (in company, Executive-MBA) to coaching people in change and transition processes.

Inleiding

With my background in Anthropology, Co-Active Coaching and Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching I look at the world in a holistic and systemic way. I stand for clear and relationship-oriented communication and am inspired by eastern and western psychology. Recurring feedback from clients and colleagues is that I am open-minded and flexible, quickly get to the point and have a good feel for what is needed. I switch easily between content and process and make connections to achieve a sustainable result.

Proces

Together with my clients I explore what meaning they assign to their work and life and how they can bring to fruition what is important to them. My approach is values based, thus using the potential of the client to evoke the desired change. I use a variety of innovative methodologies to embed the learning in the client’s context.
