Tia is a solutions-oriented coach with strong people skills. She combines nearly 20 years of international corporate experience and management with her passion for people. Tia was born and raised in the USA and has been living in the Netherlands for over 30 years. She quickly connects with her coachees and co-creates a space for trust and growth. Specifically, Tia is an expert on the topics of leadership, taking ownership, conflicts on the work floor, work-life balance and career development. Within the UNLOQ organization, Tia has successfully worked as an executive coach for several agencies and programs within the United Nations (UNHCR, UNDP, WFP and UNV) and several international leadership programs for large corporates, such as ABN AMRO, Aegon, Ahold Delhaize, Arcadis, Euroports, ING, ITER, Royal BAM and TIAS.
