Inleiding

To me coaching is a journey from the inside out. It is just like when riding a motorbike - balancing, focusing, taking risks, endurance, power and freedom all play an important role. You know where you are to begin with, you experience and learn as you go, while at the same time you are concentrating on your goal.

Proces

I work with my clients’ (unconscious) desires and translate them into realistic and concrete targets. They then experience how to use their own resources and talents effectively to reach their goals.
