Jude worked in frontline HR roles for over 20 years providing consulting advice and interim work for Directors and senior managers in a range of industries across Europe, North America and Asia, including pharmaceuticals, financial services, fast moving consumer goods, transport, utilities, tourism and heavy engineering. She has been working as a coach full time since 2017 and undertakes coaching and mentoring assignments for individuals and groups in organisations spanning the corporate sector, civil service, education and charities. She has an MA in Modern and Medieval languages from Cambridge University, an MBA from Durham University and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She has undertaken extensive training with the Human Givens Institute and is licensed to deliver JCA Global Emotional Intelligence materials including personality profiling and Emotional Intelligence profiling and team workshops. She is a qualified practitioner in Myers Briggs, 16pf5 and NLP. She is accredited as a Senior Coaching Practitioner Member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and is one of only a handful of accredited British ecoaches.
